Julie Taylor vs. Annie Wilson

I just finished this week's episode of 90210 titled "Help Me, Rhonda" and I must say, it's no Beverly Hills but it's getting better. When I noticed the name "Aimee Teegarden" in the opening credits and I deduced that none other than Friday Night Lights' Julie Taylor would be playing the poor girl with the collapsed lung that Ethan hit.
Back in Dillon, I hate Julie Taylor. Here in Beverly Hills, I absolutely love her. I would love for anyone to get between stupid Annie and my dearest E. So I'm gonna be rooting for "Rhonda" (who I will continue to call Julie) and her fake limp. And maybe life will imitate art and Shenae Grimes will take some acting classes herself.

After E, my new favourite character is Adrianna! She's a tough girl. At least her baby will have super white teeth (ie. Ty). Earlier in the season I had had enough of her "troubled girl" character but the writers have really turned it around. Not to mention that the Adrianna storyline has been giving us more Naomi time - her friendship with Naomi is the most believable one on the show. She can afford to lose Naveed though - looks like he's busying himself talking WoW with his new Persian lover anyways.

Dan and Rachel Hook-Up

Oohhhh shit. That was my reaction to the end of tonight's Gossip Girl titled "Carnal Knowledge". Blair gets back at Miss Carr aka Rachel by posting a rumor on Gossip Girl. Blair gets expelled and then un-expelled. Then Rachel gets fired and hooks up with Dan - the dramatic irony is that she is actually un-fired. Anyways, I'm not here to re-cap the episode. Here are my thoughts:

Serena: I don't really understand why she and Rachel are so close. When did this happen? First she's hanging out with socialites like Poppy Lifton and know she's best buds with a pedophile midget teacher. She needs to learn how to pick her side-friends.

Dan: OOOOH SHIT. Who else gasped at the end? Who knew he could be so forward. I previously thought that Dan was a weeny, but now I have more respect for him getting so hot and heavy so soon.

Blair: Love her. Her plan could've been better. I mean, especially after her "fake invitation to the opera plan" flopped I thought her 2nd shot at revenge would've been more scandalous. And I've had enough of this "Yale" storyline. I wanna know what happened between her and Jack Bass on New Years!

Nate and Vanessa: Barf.

Chuck: Oh my. I wish I was this Elle character and have Chuck follow me around NYC.

Rufus: He usually annoys the HELL out of me but tonight he was tolerable. Dan was just being his usual drama-queen self and Rufus was just doing some good parenting for once. Also not too much PDA with Lily, that grosses me out.

Jenny and Erik: Pretty much MIA this episode, thank god. Does anyone else think Erik is just a random afterthought in the show? In the books, Erik is Serena's super hot older brother in college and Blair dates him at one point. Not this guy. But I do have to say that I miss Jenny's "raccoon make-up".

Anyways.... those are my thoughts.

You know you love me, xoxo
